While we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that from time to time you may need to return an item.
You may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, credit or refund.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned merchandise should be in the original packaging and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Personalized and mongrammed orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are returning a product you received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item or gift certificate of equal value.
You have the option of exchanging the merchandise or receiving a full refund for the item(s) purchased. Once we receive the product we will credit your account.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
